（示例综述，演示用）Information blooming and Internet bring opportunities and challenges to translation teaching.This paper analyses the influence of information society on translation teaching from the following aspects: 1. The traditional translation criterion of “be faithful to the original author” being challenged; 2. Diversification of translation object; 3. The change in translation ways and means; 4. “machine translation system” and translation teaching; 5. The development of electronic textbooks. Therefore, as teachers of translation, we should continuously study new knowledge and new technology as well as use computer proficiently.
